Booking Policy
To secure your appointment with Pit Stop Mobile Detailing LLC, a deposit is required for each service.
Deposit amounts vary depending on the service package you choose. Please refer to each package description for the specific deposit amount.
Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your detailing service on the day of your appointment.
All deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 2 days (48 hours) of your scheduled appointment.
Appointments are confirmed only after the deposit has been received. Unpaid deposits may result in the loss of your reserved time slot.
By submitting your deposit, you agree to the terms of this Booking & Cancellation Policy as well as the Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy outlined on our website.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 days (48 hours) before your scheduled appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 2 days before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
If you cancel more than 2 days in advance, your deposit may be applied to a future booking or refunded upon request.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the loss of your full deposit and may affect future booking eligibility.

Weather & Service Conditions
In cases of severe weather or unsafe working conditions, Pit Stop Mobile Detailing LLC reserves the right to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
If we must reschedule due to weather, your deposit will remain fully transferable to the new date.

Arrivals & Access
Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and ready for service at the scheduled time.
The vehicle must be emptied of all personal belongings prior to your appointment, including valuables, important documents, electronics, and any other items that may interfere with the detailing process.
While Pit Stop Mobile Detailing LLC takes all reasonable precautions during service, we are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle before or during the appointment.

Arrivals
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in reduced service time or cancellation without refund of the deposit.
