By booking or receiving services from Pit Stop Mobile Detailing LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all services provided by Pit Stop Mobile Detailing LLC, including bookings made through our website, phone, text, or other communication methods.

2. Service Pricing
All service prices listed on our website or promotional materials are starting prices only.
Final pricing may vary depending on factors including but not limited to:

Vehicle condition

Excessive dirt, stains, or pet hair

Severe contamination

Time required to complete the service
If a vehicle requires significantly more work than expected, additional charges may apply. The customer will be notified before any additional work is performed whenever possible.
By booking a service, you acknowledge that the final price may differ from the listed starting price depending on the condition of the vehicle.

3. Vehicle Condition Disclosure
Customers are responsible for accurately describing the condition of their vehicle when booking a service.
Failure to disclose conditions such as:

Excessive pet hair

Heavy stains
-
Mold or mildew
-
Biohazards
-
Severe contamination
may result in additional charges or refusal of service.
Pit Stop Mobile Detailing LLC reserves the right to decline service if a vehicle presents conditions that are unsafe or outside the scope of our services.

4. Pre-Existing Damage
Customers must notify Pit Stop Mobile Detailing LLC of any pre-existing damage before the service begins.
This includes but is not limited to:

Scratches

Paint damage
-
Loose trim
-
Broken components
-
Electrical issues
-
Interior damage
Pit Stop Mobile Detailing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage discovered during or after the service.

5. Service Limitations
While we strive to achieve the best possible results, detailing services cannot guarantee complete restoration of all surfaces.
Certain conditions may not be fully removable, including but not limited to:

Deep scratches

Permanent stains
-
Etching
-
Oxidation
-
Paint defects
-
Wear from normal vehicle use
Paint correction and other restoration services improve the appearance of the vehicle but cannot guarantee 100% defect removal.

6. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure successful service, customers must:

Provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time

Ensure the vehicle is accessible and safe to work on

Remove personal belongings from the vehicle BEFORE service
-
Ensure adequate space for the service to be performed
Pit Stop Mobile Detailing LLC is NOT responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

7. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
Arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or previous appointments.
We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled timeframe.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in:

A cancellation fee

Loss of any deposits paid (Refer to Booking and Cancellation Policy)

Refusal of future service
Pit Stop Mobile Detailing LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Weather Conditions
Because we operate as a mobile detailing service, certain weather conditions may impact our ability to safely perform services.
Services may be rescheduled due to:

Rain

Severe weather
-
Unsafe working conditions
Customers will be notified as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary.

10. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
We may accept payments including:

Debit cards

Digital payments

Other approved payment methods
Failure to provide payment may result in refusal of future service or additional collection actions.

11. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of detailing services, all sales are final once services have been completed.
If a customer is dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, they must notify Pit Stop Mobile Detailing LLC within 48 hours of service completion.
We may offer to correct any reasonable concerns at our discretion.

12. Limitation of Liability
Pit Stop Mobile Detailing LLC shall not be liable for:

Pre-existing damage

Normal wear and tear

Mechanical or electrical failures unrelated to our services

Damage resulting from previously weakened components

Damage caused by improperly installed vehicle accessories
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service performed.

13. Right to Refuse Service
Pit Stop Mobile Detailing LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

A vehicle is deemed unsafe to work on

A customer behaves in an abusive or threatening manner

Service conditions are unsafe

The requested work falls outside our capabilities
